Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Audet misses.
Audet misses with the combination.
Nilsen could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Audet lands with an uppercut that bounces Nilsen off the cage and back into rage.
Nilsen wants to clinch up but Audet keeps it at a distance.
Nilsen moves into range and clinches up with Audet.
Audet wants to get back to striking at distance but Nilsen won't allow it.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Nilsen misses with a punch to the body.
Audet manages to break the clinch.
Nilsen gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Audet missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Nilsen keeping full guard, as Audet tries to pass.
Audet trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Audet prevents Nilsen from getting back to his feet.

Audet wants to control from the top but Nilsen keeps moving.

Audet with a flurry of punches that miss.
Audet working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Audet with a nice head shot there.
Nilsen is trying to control the position but Audet postures up.
Audet postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Nilsen is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Audet, into his guard.

Audet looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Audet can do anything to dispel that myth.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Audet looking to hit a scissor sweep but Nilsen is one step ahead there.
Nilsen has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Audet is proving hard to escape from.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nilsen wants to clinch.
Audet steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Nilsen is out on his feet! Audet sets himself and nearly takes Nilsen's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
