Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Shcenk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gordon Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mark Shcenk had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gordon Freeman!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Robert Douchet and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shcenk misses with a few strikes there.
Shcenk lands with a right hand.
Freeman lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Shcenk circles away quickly and effectively.
Freeman misses with a jab, cross combination.
Shcenk throws a nice looking combination but Freeman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Shcenk misses with a wild combination.
Shcenk will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Freeman counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Freeman clinches up with Shcenk and pushes him back against the cage.
Freeman wants a takedown but no success here.

Freeman drags the fight down to the ground.

Freeman had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Shcenk defends it easily.
Shcenk prevents Freeman from getting back to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Freeman bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Shcenk's guard.

Freeman drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Freeman as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Shcenk screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Freeman! Nice submission victory there!
