The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvarez lunges at In The Box with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by In The Box's hand.
In The Box walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Alvarez ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Alvarez throws a right hand that In The Box ducks under and follows up with a left that In The Box also avoids with ease.
Alvarez stuns In The Box with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
In The Box takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Jack In The Box seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Alvarez scores with a counter punch that sends In The Box to the canvas! Alvarez smells blood - he's punishing In The Box with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! In The Box has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
