The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Finnegan wants to control the pace but Co is squirming around nicely.
Finnegan prevents Co from getting the reversal.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Despite being in the dominant position, Tim Finnegan just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Finnegan is defended easily by Co.

Finnegan keeping moving, preventing Co from controlling successfully.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Co fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Finnegan manages to avoid it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Co lands a really nice looking cross but Finnegan seems unphased.
Co stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Co scores with a sloppy right hand. Finnegan should have avoided that one.


That has opened up Tim Finnegan's cut even more.
Co looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Macapinlac Co is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
A solid leg kick lands there for Co.
Finnegan takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Co throws a right hand that Finnegan ducks under and follows up with a left that Finnegan also avoids with ease.
Finnegan is breathing heavily.

Co misses with a jab, cross combination.
Co throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Co scores with a jab to the jaw.
Co looks to land a combination. Finnegan sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Co lands with a cross.
Finnegan is still on wobbly legs! Can Co finish him?


The cut above Tim Finnegan's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Co lands with a big right hook that stumbles Finnegan - he's out on his feet here! Co follows up with another monster hook that separates Finnegan from consciousness! Finnegan falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Co stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
