Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vitor Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paulao Filho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filho shoots in for a takedown but Silva shows good takedown defense.

and Filho counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Filho stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Silva swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Silva pulls Filho in close to prevent any damage.

Filho drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Filho jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Silva wants to stand and escape but Filho is having none of it.
Silva knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Filho on the ground.
Silva tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Filho stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Silva swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Silva is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Filho looking for a kimura from the bottom but Silva passes into side control!
