Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kimmo Kivipaa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Usali Basilisk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Basilisk comes into a darkened arena with his song building. "welcome To My Nightmare" - Alice Cooper kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kimmo Kivipaa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Usali Basilisk!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Basilisk avoids a punch combination nicely.
Basilisk takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Basilisk uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kivipaa.
Basilisk throws a looping overhand right but Kivipaa ducks down to avoid it.
Kivipaa doesn't manage to clinch there - Basilisk circles away.
Kivipaa misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Good exchange - Kivipaa coming out on top.
Kivipaa fails to land with a series of punches.
Basilisk shoots in looking for a takedown. Kivipaa tries to sprawl out of it but Basilisk keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kivipaa manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nice sprawl there from Kivipaa as Basilisk shoots in.
Kivipaa looks to throw the jab but Basilisk is out of range.
Basilisk closes the distance and clinches up with Kivipaa, looking for a takedown. Basilisk pushes Kivipaa against the cage but Kivipaa circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Kimmo Kivipaa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Usali Basilisk.
Kivipaa feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Basilisk sprawling to the canvas! Basilisk rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kivipaa finish him?!
Basilisk is rocked!
Kivipaa dances in with a quick combination. Basilisk is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Kivipaa snaps Basilisk's head back. Basilisk stumbles backwards against the cage. Kivipaa steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Basilisk's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Basilisk just didn't come prepared.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Kimmo Kivipaa!
