Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dumitru Schiopu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yosunaro Masashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yosunaro Masashi is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dumitru Schiopu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Yosunaro Masashi!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Ren Mimura and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schiopu swinging wilding here.
Schiopu connects with a solid leg kick.
Masashi tries to land a front kick but Schiopu steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Masashi throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Masashi moves out of range as Schiopu throws a body kick.
Masashi takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Masashi takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Masashi looks gassed!
Schiopu tries to clinch up but Masashi circles away and keeps his distance.

Schiopu throws a quick inside leg kick.

Schiopu has managed to clinch.

Schiopu escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Masashi crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Schiopu - the referee stops the clock and Masashi gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Schiopu. Masashi manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Schiopu misses with a few strikes there.
Danga de danga de dang - Schiopu scores with a four punch combination!
Schiopu is looking to clinch.
Masashi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Schiopu was well out of range. Poor timing from Masashi.

Schiopu bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Masashi is still on wobbly legs! Can Schiopu finish him?

Schiopu manages to break the clinch.
Are you kidding me?! Schiopu ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Masashi clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
