Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Boogie Ge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Javier Pinto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pinto has chosen Three 6 Mafia featuring Akon & Jim Jones - That's Right as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Javier Pinto was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Edson Gomes and Daniel Cesar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pinto throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Pinto closes the distance and clinches.
Pinto throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Pinto trying to stall but Ge improves his position.
Ge is working for takedown but Pinto is calmly controlling the position for now.
Pinto prevents the takedown attempt.
Pinto lands with a left to the head.
Ge tries for a takedown but Pinto manages to get underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Boogie Ge. That's going to take a lot out of him.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pinto gets through Ge's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Pinto swings wildly with an uppercut but Ge uses good head movement to avoid it.

Ge is trying to trip Pinto. He has hold of a leg but Pinto is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Ge persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Pinto bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ge's guard.

Pinto controls from within his opponent's guard.
Pinto looking to sit in guard and control but Ge gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Pinto is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Pinto has an active guard here but Ge has managed to pass into half guard.

Ge is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Pinto defends it well.

Ge is looking for a kimura but Pinto is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Ge to get the leverage.
Ge is breathing heavily.

Pinto preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.

Ge is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Pinto is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Ge pulls his head out easily.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Pinto has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Ge should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Pinto has tightened it up now! Ge should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
