The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cashier fails with the takedown.
Wrestlehard stuffs the takedown attempt from Cashier. Cashier gets slowly back to his feet.

Wrestlehard shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Wrestlehard was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Wrestlehard goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Cashier is on top in guard.

Cashier drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Cashier jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Wrestlehard really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cashier. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Wrestlehard is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Cashier tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Wrestlehard smiles and moves away.

Cashier feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
