Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Briggs closes this distance looking for a takedown but Arcu circles away.
Briggs throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Arcu.
Arcu checks a leg kick.
Horrible takedown by Briggs or perhaps it was just good defense by Arcu which made him look bad.
Arcu misses with a two punch combination.
Danial Arcu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Arcu misses with a head kick.
Briggs shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Arcu but Arcu pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Junior Briggs. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Briggs throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Arcu counters with a two punch combo.

Briggs is rocked!

Arcu rushes Briggs and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Oh Briggs is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Arcu escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Arcu cracks Briggs on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Briggs falls backwards against the cage. Arcu follows up with more strikes that drop Briggs to his knees. Arcu keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Briggs! This one is all over!
