The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruutu moves into the clinch.
Dent tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Dent changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Ruutu fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Ruutu lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Dent is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Jarkko Ruutu showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Well Ruutu has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
