Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Corporal Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and brian harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanders comes to the cage accompanied by "Indestructible" by Disturbed. harris has chosen welcome to the jungle as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sanders shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Sanders showed some decent athleticism there.
Sanders wants to take a breather but harris is having none of it.

Sanders is trying to work for a kimura but harris is defending well.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

harris gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Sanders manages to work his way to half guard, despite harris's best efforts.
Sanders has a hand on harris's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. harris takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Sanders wants to hold on but harris pushes him away.

Sanders is wriggling around trying to escape.
harris avoids the attempt from Sanders to control.
Sanders has given up his back here. Will harris look for the submission or keep pounding away?
Sanders is breathing heavily.
Sanders manages to reverse the position and now he's in harris's guard. Nice work there by Sanders.
Sanders in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Sanders wants to control from the top but harris keeps moving.

harris looking for a guillotine here but Sanders defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Sanders trying to control the position from guard on top but harris is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Sanders passes harris's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Sanders is tying to control. harris wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Sanders looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Sanders trying to control the action but harris is working from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Corporal Sanders dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Sanders feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

harris throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Sanders escapes and throws harris's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Sanders looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
harris tries to improve position but can't.
Sanders wants to lay and pray for a moment but harris keeps working.
harris is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Sanders is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Sanders is landing with some decent strikes but harris is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Sanders is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But harris has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from harris!
Sanders looking for a sweep. Not yet Sanders, not yet.
Sanders lands a decent punch to the body there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sanders bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in harris's guard.
Sanders is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Corporal Sanders overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
harris has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Sanders has passed into side control.

Sanders creates some space and throws a big elbow, but harris sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
harris wants to get back to his feet but Sanders drags him back down.
harris is looking for a sweep.

Sanders has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Sanders darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Sanders is looking for a kimura but harris is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Sanders to get the leverage.
Sanders uses his free foot to push down on harris's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for harris.
Sanders controlling the pace for now.
