The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Thug but Thug pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Smith fails with a takedown attempt.
Smith closes this distance looking for a takedown but Thug circles away.
Lonnie Thug has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mohammed Smith.
Smith tries to clinch but Thug is having none of it.

Thug has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Smith is in real trouble here. Thug gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Smith is tapping out! Thug wins by rear naked choke!
