The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Oooh a lovely combination from Guy sends Draper down but not out. Guy dives into side control looking to finish.

It looks like Don Draper has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Guy sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Draper is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Guy goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Draper has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Guy but great work by Draper.

Draper tries to pass the half guard into mount. Guy knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Guy is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Draper takes a little break here. Guy wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Guy is wriggling around trying to escape.

Draper tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Draper prevents Guy from getting the reversal.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Draper trying to control but Guy is having none of it.

The fighters are battling for position here. Guy manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Draper works a leg free and moves into half guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Draper wants to control the pace but Guy is squirming around nicely.

The crowd cheers as Draper lands an impressive looking overhand right. Guy doesn't seem phased though.

Draper ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Guy tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Draper paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Draper looks to score with a jab to the body but Guy is just out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from Draper misses the target.
Draper throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Guy fails with the takedown.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Guy loads up on a big right hand but Draper slips the punch.
Fighter Guy is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Draper bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Guy tries to land a front kick but Draper steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Draper closes the distance and clinches.
Guy tries to pull guard but Draper won't allow it.
Don Draper has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fighter Guy.

Guy takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Draper swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Guy throws a predictable looking body shot
and Draper counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Guy drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

and Draper counters with a nice body shot.
Guy is breathing heavily.
Draper fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Guy takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
