Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Moses IronHorse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damian Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Penn has chosen Ain't no rest for the wicked. as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are James Glass, William Gold and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
IronHorse lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
IronHorse keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Penn shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Penn showed some decent athleticism there.
Penn controlling the pace.
IronHorse is trying to stand.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
IronHorse is trying to stand up here but Penn is controlling him well.
Penn is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
IronHorse gets full guard.
IronHorse might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Penn tries to free his leg and advance position but IronHorse is retaining full guard.

IronHorse escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Penn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Penn working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Penn is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt IronHorse will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Penn is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. IronHorse knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Penn wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by IronHorse, who protects the arm well.
IronHorse is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Penn has just dragged him back down to the mat.

IronHorse takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

IronHorse is trying to escape the position but Penn is controlling the position.
Penn is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, IronHorse has escaped the position, nice work there.
Penn is working IronHorse over with some ground and pound from side control.
IronHorse gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Penn moves to take his opponent's back.
IronHorse rolls, trying to escape but Penn keeps control of the position.

Penn lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
Penn has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Penn has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, IronHorse has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Penn is looking for the choke from the back position but IronHorse is controlling his hands well.

Penn closes the distance and clinches up with IronHorse, looking for a takedown. Penn pushes IronHorse against the cage but IronHorse circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Penn shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Penn changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. IronHorse tries to avoid it but Penn manages to keep hold of a leg and drag IronHorse to the ground. IronHorse escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

IronHorse looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Penn has picked IronHorse up and slammed him! IronHorse can't keep hold of the triangle and Penn manages to pass to side control!
Penn has hold of IronHorse's arm. He's looking for a kimura. IronHorse seems comfortable defending it but Penn has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! IronHorse is real pain and he's forced to tap out! IronHorse is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Penn couldn't care less - he's delighted!
