The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cole goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Cole lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Shinobi has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Shinobi and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Nice defenses there by Cole.
Donk. Shinobi catches Cole right on the button with a cross.
Good standup being displayed there by Shinobi as he connects with a hook.
Cole tries to close the distance and clinch but Shinobi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Nice takedown defense from Shinobi. No joy for Cole on that attempt.
Cole tries to clinch but Shinobi is having none of it.
Shinobi throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Cole counters with a thumping low kick.
Cole lands with a slapping head kick.

Shinobi lands a left and a right that send Cole crashing to the mat, dazed. Shinobi thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Cole is rocked!

It looks like Joe Cole has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Shinobi lands with a shot to the body.
Cole is still on wobbly legs! Can Shinobi finish him?
Cole drops his hands momentarily and Shinobi needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Cole just on the top of the head. Cole drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Cole - he's done!
