Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zacny Pendrive (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Human H (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Pendrive.
Pendrive looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? H is fending him off so far but Pendrive persists. Nope, H circles away and we're back to standing.

H drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Pendrive can't do much from the bottom here.
Pendrive tries to buck H off but H is having none of it.

H working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
H wants to stand but Pendrive has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard.

H pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Pendrive is keeping the position for now.

Pendrive working for a triangle but H defends it easily.
H trying to control but Pendrive is working from the bottom.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
H loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
H slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

H drops back looking for a leg! Pendrive is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Pendrive manages to kick H off! H jumps back into Pendrive's guard.
H must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
H looking to pass the guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Pendrive keeping moving, preventing H from controlling successfully.

That was a close round but I would say that Zacny Pendrive will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

H changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pendrive looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

H has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Human H seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

H darts in and clinches Pendrive up against the cage.
H tries to land a knee to the head but Pendrive blocks with his arms.
A body shot lands from H.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - H has eaten all the pies!
H stalling the fight.
Pendrive has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. H is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
H prevents the takedown attempt.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

H manages to break the clinch.

Pendrive shoots and misses

and H counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by H.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zacny Pendrive. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Pendrive working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. H doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. H manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
H really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pendrive. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

H sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Pendrive's guard.

H wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pendrive keeps working.
H is stalling here. Pendrive is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! H seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Pendrive has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
H wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
H is trying to get back to half guard.

Pendrive is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. H knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
H is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

H drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

H wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Pendrive's closed guard. He's half up but Pendrive has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Pendrive pivots and extends the arm, H falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Pendrive! Well done that man!
