Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joe Rispoli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Natsume Fujii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rispoli comes to the cage accompanied by Boston - More Than A Feeling. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fujii shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Rispoli is trying to control but can't.
Rispoli tries to get to full guard but Fujii has control of the leg.
Rispoli wants to control but Fujii is keeping busy.
Fujii tries to pass to full mount but Rispoli defends it.
Rispoli holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Rispoli scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Fujii manages to mount him!
Rispoli is in all sorts of trouble here.

Fujii is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Rispoli has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Rispoli!

Fujii fails to advance to Rispoli's back.

Fujii is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Rispoli can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Rispoli keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Fujii avoids the attempt from Rispoli to control.

Rispoli knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fujii on the ground.

Rispoli wants to control the pace but Fujii is squirming around nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rispoli has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Fujii shoots and misses

and Rispoli moves into the clinch.

Rispoli has hold of one of Fujii's legs. Fujii is fighting the takedown attempt but Rispoli gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Rispoli has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Fujii to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Rispoli is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Fujii pulls down on the head and he's put Rispoli to sleep! This one is all over!
