Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dillan Boyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Royce Grazies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boyer comes to the cage accompanied by Eminem- Go To Sleep. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Boyer.
Boyer misses with a kick to the body.

Grazies is looking to clinch but Boyer is avoiding it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Grazies looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Boyer is fending him off so far but Grazies persists. Nope, Boyer circles away and we're back to standing.
Boyer throws a head kick that misses.
Grazies shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Boyer pinned against the cage. Boyer gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Grazies shoots in for a double leg but Boyer sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Grazies drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Boyer throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Boyer throws a hook but Grazies avoids it easily.

Grazies is looking for a sweep.

and Boyer counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Grazies's guard now.
Boyer avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Grazies has his foot on Boyer's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Boyer works his way back into a safe position though.

Grazies has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Boyer is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Grazies.
Grazies manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Grazies seems to be working for a kimura but Boyer defends the submission attempt.
Grazies is breathing heavily.
Grazies frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Boyer tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Boyer tries to hold on but Grazies postures up.
Boyer sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Grazies drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Boyer manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Grazies has Boyer in his guard.
Boyer tries to free his leg and advance position but Grazies is retaining full guard.
Boyer would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Grazies is trying to keep Boyer in close.

Grazies postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Boyer is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Grazies, into his guard.

Grazies has a closed guard, preventing Boyer from standing up.

Grazies has an active guard here but Boyer has managed to pass into half guard.
Boyer postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Grazies to stand up.
Boyer tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

and Boyer counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Boyer.

Grazies looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Boyer passes into side control.
Boyer decides to stand back up. Boyer steps back and let's Grazies get back to his feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Grazies is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Boyer has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Grazies is looking to defend but Boyer has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Grazies! Boyer pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Grazies taps out and this one is all over!
