Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jinx Delgulo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocky Powers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Delgulo comes to the ring accompanied by Starlight. Jinx Delgulo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, William Gold and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Powers fails with the takedown.
Delgulo feints and as Powers raises his hands in defense, Delgulo changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Powers tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Delgulo postures up in Powers's guard and throws a big left but Powers blocks it.
Delgulo trying to control but Powers is working from the bottom.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Delgulo gets to his feet. Powers looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Powers with a lazy takedown attempt
and Delgulo counters by moving into the clinch.
Delgulo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Powers misses with a takedown attempt
and Delgulo counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Powers!
Jinx Delgulo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rocky Powers.
Powers tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Delgulo controlling the position easily from mount.

Delgulo lands a big shot there that rocks Powers but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Powers wants to hold on but Delgulo pushes him away.
Powers is looking to get to half guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Powers is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Delgulo landing punches.
Delgulo takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Delgulo working for a guillotine from mount but Powers is in no mood to give up.

Powers wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Delgulo.
Delgulo wants to finish this one by submission but Powers is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Delgulo.
Delgulo won't let Powers get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Delgulo prevents Powers from getting the reversal.
Powers really wants to buck Delgulo off and get back to his feet.
Powers looks gassed!

Delgulo wants to control the pace but Powers is squirming around nicely.
Delgulo with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Delgulo with shots to the head and body - Powers looks very uncomfortable down there.
Powers bucks Delgulo off and manages to get back to his feet!

and Delgulo counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Delgulo tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Powers.

Delgulo is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Powers is positioning himself well to prevent Delgulo advancing to mount.
Powers is trying to stand up here but Delgulo is controlling him well.
Delgulo decides to stand and escape the position.
Powers darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Delgulo moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Powers wants to stand but Delgulo is controlling his posture from full guard.

Powers tries for a takedown but Delgulo circles away easily
and Delgulo counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Powers can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Delgulo controls the pace.
Delgulo wants to pass the guard but Powers is keeping the position.
Powers throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Delgulo stops Powers from standing up.

Delgulo wants to control from the top but Powers keeps moving.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Powers is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Powers tries to clinch up
and Delgulo counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Powers looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Delgulo is defending well. Powers quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Delgulo has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Powers celebrates on the ropes, with the crowd.
