Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as cruz lands an impressive looking overhand right. Obsen doesn't seem phased though.

It looks like Yonaz Obsen has been cut.
cruz is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Obsen.
Obsen shoots for a double leg takedown but cruz sprawls well. He's pushed Obsen's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
cruz connects with a body shot.
Obsen moves away from the strike by cruz.
Obsen shoots in and drives through. cruz sprawls well.
cruz slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
cruz throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
cruz slaps away a takedown attempt from Obsen, before circling back to the center of the mat.
tito cruz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yonaz Obsen.
No luck for Obsen with that takedown attempt.
Obsen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts cruz as he jumps to the side.
A jab from cruz misses.
Obsen shoots in but cruz avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Yonaz Obsen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Obsen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has cruz pinned against the cage. cruz gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Obsen looks gassed!
cruz lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Obsen is rocked!

cruz takes a swing at Obsen's ribcage but misses.
cruz throws a low kick, looking for Obsen's leg but Obsen calmly moves out of range.
cruz connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Obsen! He's out on his feet! cruz rushes in and drops Obsen with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
