Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mkat Twilight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shayne Foreman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Foreman has chosen Hella Ones as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Twilight closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
You can see the frustration on Foreman's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Foreman sneaks out the side door and pushes Twilight away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Foreman takes the fight into the clinch.
Foreman using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Twilight has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Twilight trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Twilight prevents Foreman from getting back to his feet.
Twilight pushes down on Foreman's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Twilight looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Twilight prevents Foreman from standing back up.

Twilight works his foot free and advances to mount.
Twilight trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Twilight looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Foreman tries to improve his position but Twilight has taken his back! Twilight has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Foreman tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Twilight pushes Foreman away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
