The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cozad misses with a leg kick.
Schweinsteiger throws out a loose jab but Cozad uses good head movement to avoid it.
Cozad throws a front kick aimed at Schweinsteiger's knee but Schweinsteiger avoids it well.
Cozad finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Schweinsteiger throws a sloppy head kick and Cozad moves out of range easily.
Schweinsteiger throws a head kick that misses.
Schweinsteiger tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Cozad blocks a head kick by Schweinsteiger.
Cozad misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Cozad tried to score with a low kick but Schweinsteiger checks it.

Cozad thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Schweinsteiger on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Schweinsteiger tries to get out of the position.
Cozad passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Schweinsteiger!

Cozad in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
The referee warns Schweinsteiger that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Schweinsteiger is bucking up trying to escape but Cozad cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Cozad postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Schweinsteiger looks a forlorn figure.
Cozad sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
