Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tommy OKrapp!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Donte Pierre!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Chad Campbell and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
OKrapp fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Pierre avoids it really well and circles away.
OKrapp fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Pierre takes the fight into the clinch.
OKrapp fails to pull guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tommy OKrapp. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Pierre wants the takedown. OKrapp is fighting it off but Pierre persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in OKrapp's guard against the cage.
OKrapp is striking off his back. Pierre thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
OKrapp blocking the ground and pound attempt from Pierre.
OKrapp looking for submissions off his back.
OKrapp wants to get back to full guard.
Pierre is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
OKrapp missing with punches from the bottom.
OKrapp is looking to improve his position.

Pierre seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
OKrapp moves into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
OKrapp throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
OKrapp manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
OKrapp has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Pierre's face.
Pierre is desperately trying to improve his position but OKrapp has a good base and remains in mount.
OKrapp breaks from Pierre's wrist control and lands an elbow.
OKrapp scoring with strikes but Pierre is staying in there.
Pierre wants to control but OKrapp is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
OKrapp postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Pierre looks a forlorn figure.
Pierre is rocked!
It looks like Donte Pierre has been cut.
Pierre wants to hold on but OKrapp pushes him away.
OKrapp postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Pierre bigstyle! Two more strikes land for OKrapp and the fight is over!
