Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Takaku Fuke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hyun Tsubaki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hyun Tsubaki will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takaku Fuke!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Sosuke Kotani and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fuke bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Fuke trying to control the position but Tsubaki is working away.
Tsubaki struggling a bit here.
Fuke throwing strikes but Tsubaki manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Fuke wants to control from the top but Tsubaki keeps moving.

Fuke is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Tsubaki can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

BOOM! Fuke connects with a massive shot to the dome!

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.
Tsubaki stuffs the takedown attempt from Fuke. Fuke gets slowly back to his feet.
Fuke blocks a jab.
Tsubaki throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fuke's waist but Fuke gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tsubaki off to one side.
Fuke is looking to clinch but Tsubaki is avoiding it.
Tsubaki takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Tsubaki goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Takaku Fuke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tsubaki scores with a body shot.
Fuke gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Despite being in the dominant position, Hyun Tsubaki just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

and Tsubaki counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Fuke's guard now.

Hyun Tsubaki showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Tsubaki takes a swing at Fuke's ribcage but misses.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Tsubaki.
Fuke looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Tsubaki!
Tsubaki is desperately trying to improve his position but Fuke has a good base and remains in mount.

Fuke is taking a breather. Tsubaki says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Fuke tries to pass the half guard into mount. Tsubaki knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
