Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sam Burger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and mike swick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Daniel Bishop and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burger shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has swick pinned against the cage. swick gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
swick looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Burger clinches up with swick and pushes him back against the cage.
Burger lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Burger can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as swick is looking to escape.
Burger postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. swick looks a forlorn figure.

Burger jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but swick manages to avoid the submission attempt.
swick should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Burger is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so swick is just riding it out for now. Burger eventually gives up the hold.

Burger seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but swick does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Burger will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Burger wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by swick, who protects the arm well.

Burger tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Burger has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Burger has hold of swick's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! swick tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Burger cranks the arm and swick screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from swick, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Sam Burger!
