The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez shoots for a takedown but CPW saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
CPW displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Sanchez.
Sanchez throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
CPW moves out of range as Sanchez throws a body kick.
CPW's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and CPW duly obliges.
CPW scores with a shot to the body.
A low kick from CPW is predictable there
and Sanchez counters with a stiff right hand.
A nice leg kick lands there from CPW.
Pablo Sanchez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A chopping leg kick lands by Sanchez.
Sanchez showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from CPW.
CPW swats away the attempt to clinch by Sanchez.
CPW closes the distance and lands a one-two.

CPW misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sanchez throws a low kick, looking for CPW's leg but CPW calmly moves out of range.
CPW tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
CPW connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Sanchez's hands.
Sanchez fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pablo Sanchez. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sanchez throws a shot from downtown. CPW moves away and avoids it.
Sanchez misses with a hook. CPW ducked under it nicely.
CPW takes a head kick and keeps coming.

It looks like Slick CPW has been cut.
CPW cracks Sanchez with an open hand slap.
CPW connects with a looping right hand.

Sanchez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. CPW tries to avoid it but Sanchez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag CPW to the ground. CPW escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sanchez is breathing heavily.
CPW moves out of range of the strikes.
CPW throws a one two combo.

Sanchez is rocked!
CPW drops Sanchez with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Sanchez! CPW dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
