Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Grease Lightning (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Chesterman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lightning darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Chesterman has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lightning is working away from the top position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chesterman wants to get back to his feet.

Lightning decides to return to a standing position.
Lightning tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Chesterman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Chesterman tries to close the distance and clinch but Lightning swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Chesterman looks for the body kick but Lightning saw that one coming.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
A big left from Chesterman misses.
Lightning shoots in but no luck this time.
Lightning moves out of range of the strikes.

Lightning fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Lightning clinches.
Chesterman tries to break free but Lightning pushes him back against the cage.
Chesterman has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Lightning avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Lightning manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Lightning is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Lightning tries to pass to full mount but Chesterman defends it.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Chesterman keeps the fight on the outside.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chesterman is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Brandon Chesterman is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Lightning tries to clinch but Chesterman is having none of it.

Chesterman shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Lightning counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Chesterman is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Chesterman is controlling Lightning's posture.
Chesterman wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Lightning manages to pass to side control.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Lightning stands up from half guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Lightning moves away from the strike by Chesterman.
Lightning doesn't succeed with the takedown
enabling Chesterman to counter with a crisp jab.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Grease Lightning dominated that second round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Lightning blocks a jab.
Lightning gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Chesterman counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chesterman misses with an elbow over the top.
Chesterman has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Lightning has Chesterman pressed against the cage, preventing Chesterman from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Lightning is pressed up against the cage. Chesterman has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Lightning down to the mat. Lightning avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Chesterman bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Chesterman looks like he's trying to stand up.

Grease Lightning showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Lightning, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
