The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A clash of legs there as Okoye blocks the low kick.

Okoye moves into the clinch.
Okoye is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Coutour gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Coutour is fighting off a takedown attempt but Okoye is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Coutour to the mat. Coutour regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
