Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Yves DeLean and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nguyen throws a nice outside leg kick.

Turner drops his hands momentarily and Nguyen takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Nguyen wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Nguyen loads up on a big right hand but Turner slips the punch.
Nguyen throws a series of punches but Turner moves out of range.
Nguyen buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Nguyen dips to his left and cracks Turner with an uppercut!

Nguyen lands a left and a right that send Turner crashing to the mat, dazed. Nguyen thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Nguyen wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Nguyen looks to land a combination but Turner avoids it well.

Nguyen fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Turner.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Charlie Nguyen dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Turner might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Nguyen has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Turner steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Nguyen.
Turner fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Nguyen looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Nguyen throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Turner is looking to wear down Nguyen with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Turner lands with an uppercut that bounces Nguyen off the cage and back into rage.
Charlie Nguyen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nguyen looks to land a left hand but Turner moved out of range nicely.

That was a close second round but I would say that Forrest Turner will probably get the nod.
