The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown clobbers Hogan with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Hogan. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Brown fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hogan looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A decent looking cross lands there for Brown.
Hulk Hogan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hogan doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Hogan tries for a takedown but Brown circles away easily
and Brown counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Brown. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Brown throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hogan was covering up waiting for the punch and Brown finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Hogan is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Brown defends well.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Brown would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Hogan takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Brown is looking to get back to his feet here but Hogan is keeping cool and he's managed to take Brown's back.

Hogan working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Brown is doing well to defend. Hogan seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Brown is forced to tap and this one is over!
