Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alan Panczak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amali Yeboah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alan Panczak!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Amali Yeboah!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Radbod Blank and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panczak doesn't manage to clinch there - Yeboah circles away.

Yeboah rushes Panczak and presses him up against the cage.
Panczak wants to break free but Yeboah has control.

Yeboah ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Yeboah no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Panczak wants to control from the top but Yeboah keeps moving.
Yeboah is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Panczak avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Yeboah.

Yeboah seems to be working for a kimura but Panczak defends the submission attempt.
Panczak is trying to stand back up but Yeboah is controlling him
Panczak has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Yeboah is working away from the top position though.
Panczak regains full guard. Nicely done.
Yeboah stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Panczak swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Panczak might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Yeboah pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Panczak is keeping the position for now.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Yeboah fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Panczak, pushing him back against the cage.
Yeboah's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Panczak tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Yeboah counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Panczak wants to improve his position but Yeboah is controlling well.
Yeboah thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Panczak's head.

Yeboah throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Panczak pushes Yeboah off looking to stand but Yeboah dives back in and keeps control.
Panczak moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Panczak has momentary wrist control but Yeboah slips an elbow through the middle.
Yeboah looks gassed!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Yeboah can do anything to dispel that myth.

Panczak stands up and beckons Yeboah to join him on the feet.
Panczak tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Panczak is looking to clinch but Yeboah is avoiding it.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Panczak looking to stall.
Panczak lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Yeboah as Panczak tries to tie him up.
Yeboah blocks an uppercut.

Yeboah gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Panczak regains guard.
Yeboah with a flurry of punches that miss.
Yeboah trying to control the position from guard on top but Panczak is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Yeboah tries to free his leg and advance position but Panczak is retaining full guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Yeboah throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Panczak works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Panczak looking to hit a scissor sweep but Yeboah is one step ahead there.
Panczak thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Yeboah preventing the sweep.
Yeboah wants to pass the guard but Panczak is keeping the position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Yeboah misses with a body shot.
Amali Yeboah seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Panczak looks for a takedown but Yeboah sprawls well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Amali Yeboah dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Panczak fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Panczak looking to isolate an arm here. Yeboah doesn't see it coming and as Panczak extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Panczak!
