Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Winston Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and hakazi yakamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). yakamoto has chosen peace of mind as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Winston Smith has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Winston Smith seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
yakamoto stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and yakamoto wants it to stay on the feet.
yakamoto misses the jab.
yakamoto fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

It looks like Winston Smith has been cut.
Smith fails with a takedown attempt.
Smith tries for a takedown but yakamoto sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Winston Smith. That's going to take a lot out of him.
yakamoto changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Smith takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Smith is breathing heavily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
yakamoto thuds a left hand into Smith's body.
yakamoto scores with a punch to the head.
Nice uppercut lands for yakamoto. That snapped Smith's head back.
yakamoto throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

yakamoto cracks Smith with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Smith looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can yakamoto finish him?

Winston Smith's cut is getting worse.
yakamoto lands with a nice body punch.
A nice inside leg kick there by yakamoto. That's going to slow Smith down.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Smith. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

yakamoto lands a big right hand that sends Smith crashing to the mat! yakamoto stays standing though and waves Smith back to his feet!

Smith is rocked!
hakazi yakamoto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

yakamoto lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Oh Smith is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Winston Smith's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
yakamoto is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
yakamoto tries to clinch but Smith is having none of it.
Smith seems to have got his legs back now.
hakazi yakamoto is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
yakamoto wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
yakamoto scores with a sloppy right hand. Smith should have avoided that one.

Jeez, Winston Smith's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Smith takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
yakamoto swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Smith.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Winston Smith's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
