Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rickson Araujo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fuego Silveti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silveti throws a wild body kick that Araujo sees coming a mile off.
The fighters circle momentarily. Silveti darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Nice takedown defense from Araujo. No joy for Silveti on that attempt.
Silveti throws a hook to the side of Araujo's head but Araujo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Silveti tries to clinch up but Araujo circles away and keeps his distance.
Silveti takes a kick to the side of the head.
Silveti shoots in looking for a takedown. Araujo tries to sprawl out of it but Silveti keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Araujo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Silveti misses with a straight right.
Silveti dives in and grabs Araujo's left leg, looking for a takedown. Araujo pushes down on Silveti's head and hops out.
Rickson Araujo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fuego Silveti.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Silveti.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silveti tries to move into range but Araujo moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Araujo throws a combination. Silveti tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Silveti is rocked!
Araujo fakes the leg kick and cracks Silveti in the body.
Araujo throws a series of strikes that have Silveti backpedaling.
The fighters circle, before Araujo throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Silveti's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Araujo lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
