Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Junior Batina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and MarttiDylan Kattilalaakso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Batina comes to the cage accompanied by Venemous. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kattilalaakso swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Kattilalaakso throws a hook to the side of Batina's head but Batina sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Kattilalaakso swings for the body but Batina moves out of range.
Batina slips under a jab from Kattilalaakso.
Batina keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Batina avoids a punch combination nicely.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Batina fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kattilalaakso is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Batina.

No joy there for Batina, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Batina misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Kattilalaakso throws a shot from downtown. Batina moves away and avoids it.
Kattilalaakso looks to land a combination but Batina avoids it well.
Kattilalaakso throws the left hand but Batina avoids the punch easily.
Batina tries for a takedown but Kattilalaakso sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Junior Batina. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Kattilalaakso dances in with a quick combination. Batina is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Kattilalaakso snaps Batina's head back. Batina stumbles backwards against the cage. Kattilalaakso steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Batina's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Batina just didn't come prepared.
