Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Garry Dupuis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sven Johansson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Dupuis might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Warriors Of Time by Black Tide. Johansson has chosen Kesha's Backstabber as his entrance music. Garry Dupuis has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Johansson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Dupuis moves in looking to clinch but Johansson pushes him off.
Dupuis tries to clinch but Johansson is having none of it.
Garry Dupuis is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Johansson is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Dupuis's half guard.
Johansson thows a huge punch but Dupuis dodges it nicely.
Dupuis is trying to stand up here but Johansson is controlling him well.

Johansson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Dupuis defends it well.

Dupuis pushes Johansson off looking to stand but Johansson dives back in and keeps control.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Dupuis doesn't manage to clinch there - Johansson circles away.
Dupuis scores with a one two! Johansson had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Dupuis connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Johansson! He's out on his feet! Dupuis rushes in and drops Johansson with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
