The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Emelianenko takes the fight into the clinch.
Emelianenko tries for a takedown but CRAZY DOG manages to get underhooks.
The referee is keeping an eye on Emelianenko - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
CRAZY DOG tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
CRAZY DOG blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Emelianenko controlling the action here for a moment.
CRAZY DOG fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Emelianenko gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

It looks like Ricardo CRAZY DOG has been cut.
CRAZY DOG tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Emelianenko just stands there and leans against the cage.
CRAZY DOG misses with a hook from the clinch.
CRAZY DOG jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Emelianenko walks away with a smile on his face. CRAZY DOG gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ricardo CRAZY DOG. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Emelianenko rushes CRAZY DOG and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Emelianenko tries to pull guard but CRAZY DOG holds him up against the cage and eventually Emelianenko drops back down to his feet.

CRAZY DOG wants to get back to striking at distance but Emelianenko won't allow it.

Jeez, Ricardo CRAZY DOG's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ricardo CRAZY DOG's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
