Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Justin Falk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diz Van Mojo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Justin Falk has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Mojo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Falk wants to clinch.
Falk tries to close the distance and clinch but Van Mojo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Falk circles away from the clinch attempt.
Falk tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Van Mojo counters with a low kick, right behind Falk 's knee.
Van Mojo misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Falk gets caught flat footed, as Van Mojo shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Van Mojo stands and steps away. Falk gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Van Mojo shoots in and bounces Falk off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Van Mojo decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Falk, up you get!

and Falk counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Falk tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Van Mojo counters by moving into the clinch.
Falk is breathing heavily.
Falk wants to stall.

Van Mojo pulls Falk into guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Van Mojo can do anything to dispel that myth.
Van Mojo looking to hit a scissor sweep but Falk is one step ahead there.
Van Mojo looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Falk puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Van Mojo manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Van Mojo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Falk looks to clinch

and Van Mojo holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Falk misses with a knee strike.
Van Mojo creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Still in the clinch, Falk scores with a nice short uppercut.
Falk looking to throw knees to the head but Van Mojo is blocking nicely.

Van Mojo is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Falk gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Justin Falk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Diz Van Mojo.

It looks like Diz Van Mojo has been cut.
Van Mojo is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Van Mojo jumps guard and drags Falk to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Van Mojo working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Falk doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Falk manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Falk avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Van Mojo has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Falk wants to stand but Van Mojo is controlling his posture from full guard.

Van Mojo is looking to sinch up a triangle. Falk throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Van Mojo's body to avoid the submission. Van Mojo has instead reached around Falk's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Van Mojo arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
