The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Motions throws a shot to the body.
Jackson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Jackson takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Jackson rushes Motions and presses him up against the cage.

Jackson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Jackson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Motions's head.
Jackson with the ground and pound but Motions uses the opportunity to regain guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jackson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Jackson unloads with some shots from mount but Motions bucks and avoids them well.
Motions is wriggling around trying to escape.
Jackson throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Motions because Jackson loaded up on that one.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Motions in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Jackson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Jackson thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Motions wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Jackson.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Motions blocking the ground and pound.

Jackson throws some wild stikes that Motions manages to avoid easily.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Jackson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Motions finds it's way round the side to connect with Jackson's head.
Jackson shoots in but no luck this time.
Horrible takedown by Jackson or perhaps it was just good defense by Motions which made him look bad.
Motions sizes up Jackson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Jackson has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Motions has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Motions scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Jackson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Motions lands a jab to the head.
Jackson swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Motions counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Jackson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Motions finds it's way round the side to connect with Jackson's head.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Jackson takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Motions misses with a two punch combination.
Motions lands a hook that stumbles Jackson back into the cage. Motions follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Jackson to the canvas! Motions pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Jackson has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
