On comes to the cage accompanied by Kardinal Offishall - Dangerous ft. Akon . Payne has chosen Kardinal Offishall Ft. Elephant Man - Clear (Official Remix) as his entrance music. Morris Payne is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Payne forces On back against the cage and clinches.
On looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
On goes for a takedown in the clinch but Payne prevents it.
On is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Payne gets in close and instigates a clinch.
On fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Payne's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
On goes for a takedown in the clinch but Payne prevents it.

Payne scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

On tries to clinch there but Payne circles away.
Payne misses with a body shot.
On really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Payne escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Payne lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Payne tries to clinch but On is having none of it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Payne jabs On right on the nose. On blinks but takes it well.

Payne is fighting off a takedown attempt but On is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Payne to the mat. Payne regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Payne wants to stand and escape but On is having none of it.
Payne has a closed guard, preventing On from standing up.

On avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Payne is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! On rolls with it to try and escape but Payne cranks on the arm and On is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
