Iron has chosen Pantera - Walk as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

mano throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Iron was covering up waiting for the punch and mano finishes the takedown easily into guard.
mano advances position into side control!

mano is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Iron is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

mano working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

mano swings around for an armbar but Iron sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into mano's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

mano is looking for a triangle here but Iron uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
mano is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Iron's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

mano manages to get to full guard.

Iron slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
mano walks into a jab.
Iron works over mano's head and body with a nice combination.

Iron dips to his left and cracks mano with an uppercut!

No joy there for Iron, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

mano shoots in and bounces Iron off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Iron really doesn't want to stay on the ground with mano. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Iron pulls mano in close to prevent any damage.

mano drops back, looking for a kneebar! Iron looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Iron looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Iron!
mano is looking for a sweep.

Iron decides to stand back up. Iron steps back and let's mano get back to his feet.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Iron scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Austenite Iron dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Iron throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Nice sprawl there from Iron as mano shoots in.
mano moves in looking to clinch but Iron pushes him off.
mano shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Iron sprawls well. Iron wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. mano gets slowly back to his feet.

Austenite Iron is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Iron stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Iron wants it to stay on the feet.

Iron scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Iron tests mano's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Iron connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent mano tumbling to the canvas! Iron pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! mano was done - good stoppage!
