Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Liddle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jedrek Keshrenov!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Andrew Berry and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liddle tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Keshrenov avoids a punch combination nicely.
Keshrenov swats away the attempt to clinch by Liddle.
Liddle fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Keshrenov gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Liddle seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Liddle knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Keshrenov on the ground.

Keshrenov is looking for a triangle but Liddle pushes his legs off easily.
Liddle wants to pass the guard but Keshrenov is keeping the position.

Liddle avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Keshrenov working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Liddle has passed into half guard!
Liddle is taking a breather. Keshrenov says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Keshrenov has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Liddle escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Liddle!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Keshrenov is trying to escape the position but Liddle is controlling the position.
Keshrenov is looking to reverse the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Keshrenov takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Keshrenov sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Liddle can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Keshrenov is looking to escape.
Keshrenov tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Liddle prevents Keshrenov from getting the reversal.
Liddle tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Liddle's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Liddle scores with a one two! Keshrenov had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Keshrenov swats away the attempt to clinch by Liddle.

Liddle lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Liddle swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Keshrenov.
Liddle tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Keshrenov paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Liddle counters with a shoot takedown. Keshrenov fights it but they end up in guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Liddle's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!


Liddle throws a one two combo.
Liddle lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Liddle rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Keshrenov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Liddle moves in looking to clinch but Keshrenov pushes him off.

Liddle shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Keshrenov has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Liddle can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Liddle's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Keshrenov has his foot on Liddle's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Liddle works his way back into a safe position though.

Keshrenov has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Liddle is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Keshrenov.

Keshrenov takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
A lull in the action here as Liddle stalls from top position.
Keshrenov is looking to regain half guard here but Liddle keeps moving and retains side control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Keshrenov is trying to improve his position.
Liddle lands a nice forearm strike.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Liddle moves in looking to clinch but Keshrenov pushes him off.
