Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Italia Demarco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson misses with the combination.
Johnson fails to land with a series of punches.
Demarco closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Johnson did well to prevent Demarco getting side control.
Johnson is trying to stand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Johnson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Demarco moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Johnson looks gassed!

Johnson wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Demarco manages to pass to side control.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Johnson tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Demarco manages to move to mount!

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Johnson throws a right hand that Demarco ducks under and follows up with a left that Demarco also avoids with ease.
Demarco avoids a punch combination nicely.
Johnson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Johnson is trying to stand back up.
A bit of a pause in the action here. Demarco controlling the positon.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Demarco slips a jab and a cross from Johnson.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Demarco is pressing down on Johnson's thigh, looking to free his foot. Johnson is holding on for now.
Johnson scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Demarco manages to mount him!

Johnson is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
Johnson takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Demarco trying to control but he's not successful this time.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Johnson is trying to stand up.
Johnson is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Demarco has taken his back!
Johnson holding both Demarco 's hands and preventing any damage.

I would not like to be Johnson right now.
Johnson is trying to get back to his feet but Demarco has full control of the position and if anything, Johnson has just worked his way into a worse spot.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Demarco is riding his opponent, not letting Johnson buck him off.
Johnson wants to get back to his feet.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Demarco has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Johnson's body.
And that's the end of the fight!
Italia Demarco showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Demarco has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
