Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Ellis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tap Da Mat Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tap Da Mat Boy!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ellis delivers a nice body kick.
Da Mat Boy looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Ellis lands a left and a right that send Da Mat Boy crashing to the mat, dazed. Ellis thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Tap Da Mat Boy has been cut.
Ellis throws a nice outside leg kick.
Da Mat Boy takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Ellis throws a right hand that Da Mat Boy ducks under and follows up with a left that Da Mat Boy also avoids with ease.

Ellis lands a big head kick that sends Da Mat Boy tumbling to the mat! Ellis takes a step backwards and waves Da Mat Boy back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Da Mat Boy is rocked!
Ellis misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
BOOM! Ellis lands a beautiful left hook that drops Da Mat Boy. Da Mat Boy tries to recover but Ellis is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Da Mat Boy lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
