Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bryan Sherk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamie Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fox is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by All My Life - Foo Fighters. Jamie Fox will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sherk throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Sherk bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Fox tries to bench press Sherk off him but Sherk keeps the position.

Sherk tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Fox is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Sherk passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Fox!
Fox really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sherk. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Sherk is landing with some decent strikes but Fox is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Fox wants to try and get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fox is wriggling around trying to escape.

Sherk is going olschool here, as he tries to force Fox to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Fox shrugs it off.

Sherk shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Fox manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Fox's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Sherk thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

Sherk looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Sherk is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Fox is forced to tap! Great finish!
