Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ken Cornwall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry Hazlitt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hazlitt is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Take Your Mama. Henry Hazlitt has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ken Cornwall!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Henry Hazlitt!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Summer Carpenter and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cornwall shoots in for a takedown but Hazlitt shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Cornwall wants to clinch up but Hazlitt keeps it at a distance.
Cornwall scores with a three punch combo!
Cornwall wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Cornwall lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Cornwall darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Hazlitt motions for Cornwall to come forward. Hazlitt throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Cornwall.
Cornwall throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hazlitt on the side of the head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cornwall shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hazlitt sprawls well. Hazlitt wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Cornwall gets slowly back to his feet.

Hazlitt is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Hazlitt looks to land a combination but Cornwall avoids it well.

Cornwall throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Hazlitt scores with a nice right hand.
Hazlitt turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Cornwall stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Hazlitt.
Cornwall looks to land a left hand but Hazlitt moved out of range nicely.
Hazlitt does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Cornwall moves into range and clinches up with Hazlitt.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Cornwall is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Hazlitt rolls with it to try and escape but Cornwall cranks on the arm and Hazlitt is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
