Reis is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so salles is just riding it out for now. Reis eventually gives up the hold.

Reis is going olschool here, as he tries to force salles to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so salles shrugs it off.
