Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roger Bingham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugo Gramacho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hugo Gramacho will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bingham keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Gramacho shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bingham but Bingham pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Bingham shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Bingham was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Bingham jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Gramacho is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Gramacho and Bingham has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Bingham tries to advance to mount but Gramacho instead regains half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bingham tries to pass the half guard into mount. Gramacho knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Bingham is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Bingham is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Gramacho defends it well.

Bingham is pressing down on Gramacho's thigh, looking to free his foot. Gramacho is holding on for now.
Bingham is breathing heavily.
Gramacho tries to get to full guard but Bingham has control of the leg.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Roger Bingham has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hugo Gramacho.

Bingham stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gramacho swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Gramacho wants to sweep here but Bingham controlling him for the moment.

Bingham wants to free his trapped foot but Gramacho is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Gramacho is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Bingham has latched onto it... Big trouble! Bingham pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Gramacho is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Bingham!
