The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fulton slips a straight right by Nabonaga.
Nabonaga throws a hook to the side of Fulton's head but Fulton sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Fulton shoots in looking for a takedown. Nabonaga tries to sprawl out of it but Fulton keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Nabonaga manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Fulton tries to bum rush Nabonaga with a series of wild strikes but Nabonaga uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Nabonaga misses with a straight right.

Fulton throws a punch but it's blocked by Nabonaga.

Fulton tries to clinch up but Nabonaga circles away and keeps his distance.

Nabonaga loads up on a big right hand but Fulton slips the punch.

Fulton tries to close the distance and clinch but Nabonaga swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Nabonaga tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fulton was well out of range. Poor timing from Nabonaga.
Nabonaga comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nabonaga throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Fulton sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Fulton misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Nabonaga counters with a nice uppercut.
Nabonaga pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Fulton doesn't manage to clinch there - Nabonaga circles away.
Fulton looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Nabonaga is fending him off so far but Fulton persists. Nope, Nabonaga circles away and we're back to standing.
Nabonaga scores with a hook to the body. Fulton takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Fulton on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Nice uppercut lands for Nabonaga. That snapped Fulton's head back.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nabonaga throws a leg kick but Fulton sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Nabonaga feints and then cracks Fulton's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Fulton down.

A bone on bone clash there as Fulton blocks the leg kick.

Odda Nabonaga is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Nabonaga lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Nabonaga drops Fulton with a beautiful combination! Fulton stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Nabonaga is looking for the KO!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tra Fulton's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
