Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lamar Arrington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Constantine Barca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arrington comes into the arena with Flesh of My Flesh blaring out of the sound system. Constantine Barca told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Barca gets control of Arrington's arms and successfully pulls guard. Barca will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Barca drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Arrington manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Barca has Arrington in his guard.

Arrington is posturing up here but Barca has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Arrington tries to roll out but it's too tight and Arrington has to tap! Slick submission there by Barca!
